“I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live, loving the Lord your God, obeying his voice and holding fast to him, for he is your life and length of days, that you may dwell in the land that the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.””

‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭30‬:‭19-20‬

Lord God, no matter where we find ourselves today, we are calling to mind the blessing and the curse set before us, we turn back to You. You will gather us back to Yourself as You have promised. You will circumcise our hearts so we can love You with all our heart and soul. We choose life, we choose Christ. Christ is our good land. He is the promised seed of the woman, the offspring of Abraham who will bless all the nations, and the Son of David who will rule with righteousness in His eternal Kingdom. We submit to Christ’s Lordship and headship over us with a glad and willing heart. He is the perfect One. We are satisfied with His goodness. 

As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord, by faith, by the Spirit of the living God!
