“I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven, and will give your descendants all these lands; and by your descendants all the nations of the earth shall be blessed;”

‭‭Genesis‬ ‭26‬:‭4‬ 

Lord God, Your promise to Abraham You fulfilled. Israel is still around to inhabit the land You promised to their forefather and we believers from the nations are as the stars in heaven. And by the descendant, Christ Jesus, we are all blessed! Thank You Lord for faith. We lay hold of Your promise given at the Supper before You were taken to be crucified. You instructed the disciples to remember and proclaim Your death until Your return. This morning, we gladly participated in remembering Jesus and worshipping the Father at the Lord’s Table. And we will keep doing so until You come, just as You have promised!
