“the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;”

‭‭Numbers‬ ‭6‬:‭25‬ ‭ESV‬

Lord God, what a blessing that You would make Your face shine upon us and be gracious to us. Who are we that You would pay us any interest. But You made us for Your own interests. You long to be gracious to us, You desire for our presence and for our fellowship with You in Christ. We are not an afterthought. You knew us even before we were in the womb of our mothers. So Lord, we long for the shining of You face upon us. We long for Your gracious presence with us. We love You. And we want You for ourselves, for Your children, and for the yet-to-know-You people You have surrounded us with. We want You to fill this land with Your glory because that is in Your heart, too! 

Shine, Jesus, shine!
