3:3 (John) Jesus answered and said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3
God of all mercies, will You allow so many to remain in the kingdom of darkness never seeing the kingdom of God? Look upon Japan and have compassion on the people You have created. Though they take pride in their uprightness, You, Lord God, look upon our hearts. You judge not merely our actions, but our intentions. So then, if You see through to our thoughts, our hearts, how wicked we are before You, no one is righteous before You. So free us from any concepts that this outwardly upright and law-abiding nation doesn’t need salvation. No one can stand before You, the Righteous Judge of all unless we have the life of our Lord Jesus. Jesus’s life in us makes us stand. We ask, Dear Lord, that You give the gift of faith and repentance to the people in Japan. You did this for Nineveh, You can do this in Japan today. Soften hearts so that the gospel of Jesus Christ would be received. Open the eyes of their hearts. Transfer the people of Japan out of darkness and into the Kingdom of Your Beloved Son.
We ask in faith. Save Japan. In Jesus’ saving name.
